We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Huerfano County in southern Colorado. Open Arms is administered by a seven member board of directors. At this time, Open Arms has one active program: sponsorships for the Cambodian Community Children’s Home; and one inactive program: sponsorships for the Anchor of Hope Orphan Foundation in the country of Moldova.
